Job summary

IN2 MARKETING & CONSULTING PTE LTD is seeking an Event Management professional to support active campaigns and client projects. You will help plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring timely and profitable delivery of creative solutions aligned with client goals.

The role requires 2–3 years in MICE, hospitality, or related fields, with strong client service and negotiation skills. You will work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in MICE, hospitality, tourism, integrated marketing, or related industry.
• Strong client service orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated with sound judgment and a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); excellent writing and proofreading skills are essential.
• Independent, dependable, and a detail-oriented team player.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the event/marketing support team for clients and active projects.
• Project manage and ensure timely, successful, and profitable delivery of creative solutions.
• Support client campaigns and become an informed expert on products and solutions.
• Contribute to project briefs by identifying client pain points, SWOT, and landscape.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ideate new business and solutions.
• Forecast, prepare, and track account management metrics in the CRM system.
• Communicate client goals and represent their interests to the team.
• Maintain ongoing project status updates and identify issues and opportunities.
• Understand company capabilities and communicate all offerings to clients.
• Provide weekly updates on account activities and project inquiries.
• Maintain the Account team archive library.
• Help plan events aligned with client objectives and venue capabilities.
• Negotiate with third-party vendors/caters for quotations and setup needs.
• Work as part of a team to execute events, troubleshoot on-site, and service clients.
