MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced EUC Engineer to provide advanced technical support, lead deployment of end user computing systems, and ensure security and reliability across environments.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and mentor junior EUC engineers while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to enhance service delivery. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of EUC experience required.
• Experience handling end user equipment and large user bases.
• VIP support and vendor management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to drive team performance.
• Experience mentoring juniors and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.
• Good interpersonal skills to manage end users, stakeholders and vendors.
• Willingness to travel to different sites for support.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

• Provide expert-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to, document, and resolve complex service tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist users with advanced installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Lead the deployment and integration of new hardware and software systems.

• Assist in the development of support documentation and training materials.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand and meet support requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and support activities.
• Prepare and present reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.
