Job summary

The role includes monitoring performance, enforcing security, conducting root-cause analysis, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable IT services.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Lead deployment and integration of new hardware and software systems.
• Monitor and optimize end-user computing system performance and security.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior EUC engineers and develop training materials.
