Job summary

QUESSCORP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Support Engineer to manage End User Computing Devices (EUCDs) and ensure secure, stable IT operations in Singapore. The role covers deploying OS and approved software, configuring access, and proactive troubleshooting.

You will work with the Operations Manager and Technology Manager, handle ticketing-based issues, and participate in rotating weekend and evening IT activities to keep services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• ITE graduate or diploma in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years in end-user computing or IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure EUCDs with OS and approved software before deployment.
• Set up EUCDs to grant end-user access to standard software and resources.
• Troubleshoot EUCD issues via ticketing tools and meet SLAs.
• Support day-to-day IT operations on asset and patch management.
• Develop and administer IT projects for user computing using wired/wireless tech.
• Update documentation and create user guides and FAQs for Service Desk.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Technology Manager to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Communicate effectively with external customers.
• Work rotating weekend duties and evening IT activities.
