in Singapore seeks an IT EUC Engineer (L2/L3) to deliver end-to-end EUC engineering and operational support within a managed services environment, including network troubleshooting and infrastructure support. You will handle incidents, manage devices across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android, use Intune for deployment, support Microsoft 365, AD/Azure AD, and document processes while ensuring SLAs and service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of EUC/Desktop Engineering experience in managed services or enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with Intune or endpoint management tools.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN).
• Experience with network devices (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Experience with backup solutions, monitoring tools, and asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 EUC and related technical support.
• Manage end-user devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Perform software imaging, deployment, and distribution (Intune or equivalent).
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy admin.
• Conduct user onboarding and basic system training when required.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall connectivity.
• Handle MAC (Move, Add, Change) activities and incident/problem/change processes.
• Support release and patch management and adhere to SLAs.
• Maintain IT assets lifecycle, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
