Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking an Estate Management support role to assist planning, design and delivery of estate renewal and enhancement projects within Sentosa Cove. You will work with internal and external stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Building or Facilities Management with 2 years experience, knowledge of facility management principles, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• University Degree or Diploma in Building or Facilities Management with 2 years working experience.
• Understanding of facility management principles and industry standards.
• Familiarity with building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Ability to plan, organize and execute facility-related projects efficiently.
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design and delivery of estate renewal and enhancement projects.
• Review architectural drawings for compliance with project requirements, specifications, regulations, and Sentosa Cove's guidelines.
• Develop project briefs, technical requirements and implementation plans across the full lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and assist with site coordination and follow-up of works.
• Undertake research and design studies to support estate enhancement and placemaking.
• Develop concepts, presentations and visual materials to communicate proposals.
• Take on selected projects or workstreams as appropriate.
