Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks an Estate Manager to drive data-driven planning and service excellence within the Sales Department's Planning Section. You will build dashboards, analyse housing trends, and present insights for strategic decisions.

Rotation to Customer Relations Manager may occur to handle applications, appeals, and CPF Housing Grant processing, coordinating with appellants and agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Estate Management, analytics or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data visualization.
• Experience with programming for data analytics (Python) or analytics platforms (Tableau/Power BI).
• Several years of managerial experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-service mindset and ability to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining dashboards to monitor service standards.
• Manage data analytics and respond to stakeholder requests with timely insights.
• Analyse housing trends to support planning and service improvements.
• Create dashboards and present data to stakeholders.
• Prepare strategic recommendations for Management via reports and presentations.
• Contribute to policy reviews and public communications through research.
• Drive continuous improvement for data transparency and reporting accuracy.
• Support stakeholder engagement and public education initiatives.
• Potential rotation as Customer Relations Manager to handle sales applications and appeals.
• Liaise with appellants/flat applicants, solicitors, agencies on housing requests.
• Perform Duty Manager at counters and address escalated issues.
