Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation & Subsidiaries invites applications for an Estate Management role based at Sentosa Cove. You will support the planning, design and delivery of estate renewal and enhancement projects from concept through handover, coordinating with owners, consultants and contractors.

Your work covers reviewing drawings and documents for compliance, planning briefs, site inspections, design studies and creating project materials to communicate proposals.

Qualifications

• University Degree or Diploma in Building or Facilities Management Disciplines with 2 years working experience.
• Understanding of facility management principles, best practices, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute facility-related projects efficiently.
• Experience in coordinating and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support ongoing projects and estate initiatives.
• Assist in review of architectural drawings, plans and technical documentation for compliance with requirements and guidelines.
• Support planning and development of estate renewal and rejuvenation projects from concept to handover.
• Conduct site inspections and assist with site coordination and documentation.
• Undertake research, benchmarking and design studies to support enhancements and placemaking.
• Assist in developing concepts, presentations, plans and visual/technical materials to communicate proposals.
• Take on selected projects or workstreams where appropriate.
