Job summary

SDC-SCRM Sentosa Cove Resort Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a facilities professional to support planning, design and delivery of estate renewal and enhancement projects at Sentosa Cove.

You will work across the full project lifecycle from concept to handover, coordinating with property owners, consultants and contractors. This role involves reviewing drawings, preparing briefs, site inspections, and developing visual materials to communicate proposals, with opportunities to lead selected

Qualifications

• University Degree or Diploma in Building or Facilities Management.
• 2 years working experience.
• Understanding of facility management principles and industry standards.
• Familiarity with building systems and safety regulations.
• Ability to plan and execute facility-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external stakeholders, including property owners, consultants, contractors and partners, to support ongoing projects and estate initiatives.
• Assist in the review of architectural drawings, plans and technical documentation for compliance with project requirements, specifications, relevant regulations, and Sentosa Cove's Design Guidelines and Planning Parameters.
• Support the planning and development of estate renewal and rejuvenation projects, including the preparation of project briefs, technical requirements, implementation plans and project strategies, with exposure to the full project lifecycle from initial concept and planning through implementation to project completion and handover.
• Conduct site inspections and assist with site coordination, documentation and follow-up of works and project issues.
• Undertake research, benchmarking and design studies to support estate enhancement, sustainability, placemaking and other improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing concepts, presentations, plans and other visual or technical materials to communicate project proposals and recommendations.
