Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking an AVP, ERP System and Process Change Manager to lead ERP system and process changes. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and drive adoption across business units, ensuring documentation and training materials are accurate and effective.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, risk mitigation, and measuring the impact of changes on operations and performance. A strong background in ERP and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, change management, or ERP implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the changes to ERP system and process changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process changes.
