Job summary

OCBC in Singapore is seeking a seasoned ERP Change Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of ERP-driven processes. You will partner with business units to map requirements, design solutions, and ensure adoption through training and clear documentation.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, rigorous analysis, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment, delivering measurable value for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in process improvement, change management, or ERP implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Who You Are

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, change management, or ERP implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement methodologies
