Job summary

Ivalua is seeking a Sr Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise software implementations within our Professional Services team. The role focuses on governance, risk management, and delivery excellence across a global client portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, PMP or equivalent, and a strong PMO background, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing complex, enterprise-level software implementations or programmes.
• Certified PM with PMP or equivalent is a must.
• Experience leading PMO with governance across a portfolio of projects.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise hardware/software products and integration approaches.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and deliver data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise software implementations.
• Develop and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices across the programme.
• Serve as primary liaison for executive-level customer stakeholders and partners.
• Identify and manage programme-level risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide strategic guidance to Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Integration Consultants.
• Monitor programme budget, resources, scope and timelines to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Share best practices for change management and product adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing performance metrics and implementing actions.
• Ensure smooth transition from go-live to post-production support.
• Manage customer expectations with senior stakeholders.
