1. Job Summary

The Project Managerowns end-to-end delivery of the company's enterprise technology engagements, including core product platforms, major partner-integrated builds, andcross-border system integrations. This is a technically grounded role: theincumbent should be able to read a technical design document, review aconfiguration or setup sheet for logic errors, and hold an architecturediscussion directly with an engineering counterpart.

The role manages multiple concurrent, inter-dependent workstreams spanning enterprise system integrations and security/compliance engagements, each with its own steeringcadence, technical stakeholders, and delivery risk profile.

The Project Managerleads multi-disciplinary teams — developers, partner and client project leads, third-party IT vendors, and client-side technical counterparts — coaching themon Agile/Scrum practice while personally owning the technical accuracy of specifications, execution of the delivery plan, and architecture documentation issued under thecompany's name.

2. Delivery Portfolio

The Project Manager will be assigned across some or all of the following types of engagements. Familiarity with the technical aspects of each is expected — not just thedelivery status.

3.2 Delivery Planning & Sprint Management
  • Runsprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning for cross-functionalsquads.
  • Produce and maintain project timeline/tracking workbooks (dashboard, live board, schedule, task register, milestones and risks) from meeting notes and actionitems.
