Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services, preferably within Wealth & Asset Management, with 10+ years in senior program management or delivery leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex enterprise software implementations with multi-year deal lifecycles.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of implementation professionals.
• 10+ years of B2B client-facing experience with a proven track record of managing and growing C-suite relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year enterprise software implementations from discovery to production stabilisation.
• Establish executive-level program governance and portfolio reporting.
• Maintain control of scope, budget, schedule, and resources across multiple programs.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Platform, Engineering, and Operations.
• Act as senior escalation point for delivery risk and issue resolution.
• Monitor portfolio performance via KPIs and dashboards and adjust as needed.
• Influence evolution of Professional Services methodologies with senior leadership.
