Job summary

MAS Monetary Authority Singapore (MAS) seeks an experienced Tech Delivery Manager to own operational delivery for the MEPS+ platform, spanning interbank payments and government securities management. You will coordinate across product, engineering, compliance, and vendors to ensure reliable, compliant delivery and timely patches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in managing, operating, or delivering complex mission-critical systems.
• Minimum 3–4 years in a delivery/operations management role with accountability for system reliability or release outcomes.
• Experience with payment systems, securities settlement, or financial infrastructure is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own operational delivery outcomes for the MEPS+ application portfolio across interbank payments, government securities management, and domestic market infrastructures.
• Lead release planning and delivery activities during major enhancement releases (semi-annual) and coordinate with product owners and vendors.
• Own the incident management framework for MEPS+, including escalation paths, SLO targets, and post-mortems.
• Chair vendor governance, monitor SLA compliance, and coordinate with software engineers for code reviews and fixes.
• Coordinate RFI responses and resilience exercises, ensuring regulatory compliance and governance.
• Ensure patch outcomes are documented and meet compliance requirements.
