Job summary

IPOS International, a subsidiary of IPOS, seeks a Senior Executive for Enterprise & Ecosystem to enhance customer service and engage stakeholders. The role supports programmes and initiatives to grow enterprises’ use of intangible assets and IP.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree, is service-oriented, a team player, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills with 1–3 years’ relevant experience in programme delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Service-oriented and adept at dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A strong team player.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A structured and analytical mind with good problem identification and solving abilities.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• A keen interest in technologies for enhancing business operational efficiency and customer/user experience.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in formulating and implementing programmes, preferably in innovation or intellectual property.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of the service delivery team which plans, promotes, and executes quality service delivery to enhance customer experience at IPOS Group.
• Review customer service processes to ensure they meet evolving needs.
• Work with stakeholders, use technology for resolutions and implement initiatives to improve service experience and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and administer enterprise assistance programmes.
• Support engagement efforts with key business stakeholders in marketing programmes helping enterprises identify, protect, and use intangible assets to grow.
• Support ad-hoc department and cross-department initiatives or projects.
