Job summary

IPOS International in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive in International Business Partnership to drive business development with foreign public agencies, associations, private entities and universities, aligned to IPOS Strategy 2030. You will identify opportunities, conduct market research, engage stakeholders, and prepare presentations and marketing collateral for diverse audiences.

The role reports to the team lead and offers growth through hands-on project work and cross-border

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, industry engagement, or related role.
• Proficiency in a foreign language and familiarity with overseas markets and business cultures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse stakeholders.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Executing go-to-market strategies and outreach plans for China and other regional markets
• Conduct market research and compile intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making
• Implement stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining contact database
• Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
• Preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral tailored to different audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives or organisation-wide activities

Job Title: Senior Executive, International Business Partnership

About the Role

Reporting to the team lead, you will join a dynamic team focused on business development with foreign public agencies, associations, private entities, and universities with the aim to deliver results aligned to the Singapore IP Strategy 2030. As a Senior Executive in the International Business Partnership team, you will learn and grow through implementing various activities such as identifying opportunities, conducting market research, and engaging stakeholders to promote the IPOS Group’s suite of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing go-to-market strategies and outreach plans for China and other regional markets
• Conduct market research and compile intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making
• Implement stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining contact database
• Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
• Preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral tailored to different audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives or organisation-wide activities
