Job summary

Cognizant in Singapore is seeking an experienced Advanced AV Engineer to support enterprise-grade audiovisual, UC, and collaboration technologies across multinational environments. You will work with Cisco Webex, Teams Rooms, and Zoom Rooms to design, deploy, and optimize conference room solutions.

The role covers pre-event validation, live event coordination, and post-event support for onsite, remote, and hybrid participants across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-grade AV in multinational environments.
• Proven ability to design, deploy, and optimize conference room technologies.
• Strong knowledge of unified communications platforms (UC).
• Experience with ITIL-based service management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove AV support for Executive meetings, Board meetings, and global events.
• Lead AV operations for high-visibility events with onsite, remote, and hybrid participants across geographies.
• Perform pre-event validation, risk assessments, contingency planning, and live event coordination.
• Support live streaming, webcast, recording services, and telepresence sessions.
• Provide rapid incident response during meetings with strict SLA and minimal disruption.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise AV infrastructure including DSPs, processors, codecs, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot AV issues across global sites and conduct RCA for recurring incidents.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure AV systems meet corporate standards.
