Qualifications

• Experience administering Cisco UCM environments.
• Experience with Webex Cloud services and interoperability between Webex Cloud, Zoom, and Teams.
• Familiarity with Cisco Room Series, Webex Room devices, codecs and peripherals.
• Ability to provide L2/L3 operational support for conference rooms and collaboration tech.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Cisco UCM / Unified Communications Manager environments.
• Administer and support Cisco Webex Cloud services.
• Design, implement and support interoperability between Webex Cloud, Zoom and Teams.
• Support Cisco Room Series, Webex Room devices, codecs and collaboration endpoints.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support for conference rooms and collaboration technologies.
• Plan and execute VC technology refresh projects.
• Provide technical support for Client Events and other high-profile corporate events.
• Collaborate with Global Design team to align with room design standards and updates.
• Coordinate with Places team and AV vendors to ensure design accuracy and technical alignment.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing communication systems to ensure seamless business operations.

Cisco UCM / AV / VOIP - Support Engineer

• Administer and support Cisco UCM / Unified Communications Manager environments.
• Administer and support Cisco Webex Cloud services.
• Design, implement and support interoperability between:
  • Webex Cloud
  • Zoom, Teams
• Support Cisco Room Series, Webex Room devices, codecs, collaboration endpoints and associated peripherals.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support for conference rooms and collaboration technologies.
• Plan and execute VC technology refresh projects.
• Provide technical support for Client Events and other high-profile corporate events.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Design team to align with the latest room design standards and updates.
• Coordinate with the Places team and AV vendors to ensure design accuracy and technical alignment.
