OCTOMATE STAFFING PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced Enterprise AV & UC Specialist to support large multinational environments, delivering end-to-end conference room technologies and hybrid meeting solutions across geographies. You will work with Cisco Webex, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and a broad suite of AV hardware, ensuring integration with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD, while maintaining service excellence and ITIL-aligned governance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-grade AV, UC, and collaboration technologies in large multinational environments.
• Expert-level experience with Cisco Webex Room Kit EQ, Room Kit Plus, Room Bar, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hub, Lenovo ThinkSmart Core, Neat Bar Pro, Poly Studio X Series, and Zoom Rooms.
• Strong expertise in SIP, H.323, VoIP, WebRTC, Direct Guest Join, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, and hybrid meeting technologies.
• Experience integrating AV solutions with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Teams Admin Center, and enterprise identity platforms.
• Ability to design, deploy, and optimize conference room technologies ranging from huddle spaces to executive briefing centers and auditoriums.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove AV support for Executive Leadership Team meetings, Board meetings, customer briefings, regulatory reviews, investor presentations, and global town halls.
• Lead AV operations for high-visibility events supporting onsite, remote, and hybrid participants across multiple geographies.
• Perform pre-event technical validation, risk assessments, contingency planning, and live event command-center coordination.
• Support live streaming, broadcast production, webcast events, recording services, and multi-location telepresence sessions.
• Provide rapid incident response during executive meetings with strict SLA and minimal business disruption.
