Job summary
GECO Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Cisco UC Support Engineer to administer and enhance enterprise collaboration platforms. You will manage CUCM/UCM, Webex cloud services, and integrate Cisco solutions with Microsoft Teams and Zoom for global users and executive events.
The role requires 5+ years in Unified Communications, strong networking skills, and experience supporting conference rooms and high-profile meetings. Start ASAP for a 12-month contract in Singapore.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Unified Communications, Voice, Video Conferencing, or Collaboration technologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments with global users and conference room technologies.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM/UCM) environments.
- Manage and support Cisco Webex Cloud services and collaboration platforms.
- Design, implement, and support integrations between CUCM, Cisco Video Conferencing, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Provide L2/L3 support for conference rooms, collaboration technologies, and video conferencing environments.
- Support Cisco Room Series devices, codecs, collaboration endpoints, and related AV peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to voice, video, and collaboration services.
- Plan and execute video conferencing and collaboration technology refresh projects.
- Provide technical support for executive meetings, corporate events, and other high-visibility activities.
- Collaborate with global design teams, workplace technology teams, and external AV vendors.
- Participate in change management activities, system upgrades, and continuous service improvements.
