Catchr Sales Recruitment is representing a Singapore-headquartered Talent Acquisition SaaS organisation seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition in Singapore. You will report to the CEO and work with Marketing to target Enterprise logos, maintaining a hunter mentality to hit ambitious first-year targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of closing B2B SaaS or service sales experience.
• Background in HRTech / talent acquisition solutions.
• Experience with Enterprise customers and executive-level interactions.
• Located in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process for new business in Singapore.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet quota.
• Collaborate with product and customer success post-close.
• Represent the company at industry events and respond to RFPs.
• Provide market feedback to inform go-to-market strategy.
• Hit targets with a hunter mentality in a lean team.
