Job summary

NCS is seeking a Senior Director, Engineering Delivery in Singapore to lead multiple IT and Engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality and adherence to processes. You will head the homeland and public service delivery with P&L responsibility, coordinating cross‑functional teams and pre‑sale efforts for tender responses.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 15+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in defence and homeland security preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-project IT/Engineering delivery with quality, scope and timeliness.
• Oversee project teams, manage staff performance and morale, and drive milestones.
• Lead pre-sale activities and respond to tenders; coordinate with Sales for opportunities.
• Manage contracts, subcontractors and stakeholder expectations; build long-term relationships.
• Ensure project operations align with processes, budgets and security requirements.
