Job summary

NCS is seeking a Project Director in Singapore to lead, oversee, and deliver multiple IT/Engineering projects within scope, time, and quality targets. You will manage diverse teams, drive pre-sales efforts, and own project milestones and financials, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to meet client expectations.

You will coordinate across vendors and internal functions, ensuring compliance with processes and delivering tangible business outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and strong presentation skills.
• Experience working in a provider or vendor environment delivering client projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to completion and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet milestones.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and engage in pre-sale activities for tenders and proposals.
• Monitor risks, maintain quality plans, and report progress to senior management and customers.
• Ensure smooth transition of projects to operations with agreed service levels.
