Job summary

NCS is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and cybersecurity projects in Singapore. You will drive delivery from initiation to closure, aligning with client SLAs and business objectives, while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring governance and security compliance.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets and schedules, and report progress to stakeholders. A PMP certification and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years IT project management experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream projects across networking, servers, storage and security.
• Familiarity with governance, security frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infra and cybersecurity projects with defined milestones.
• Develop plans, manage scope, schedule, budget and quality to meet SLOs.
• Monitor health, risks and remediation actions; report to clients and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-domain teams including network, server/storage, and security.
• Oversee VAPT workflows, scoping, execution and remediation reporting.
