Job summary

Qualifications

• ITIL or equivalent service management framework experience.
• Experience managing IT service operations and SLAs.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for system infrastructure and client environments.
• Handle change requests from requirements through testing and deployment.
• Monitor KPIs and manage SLAs per MSA for desktop/server/network/security.
