Job summary

NCS seeks a Lead Project Manager to lead large-scale IT and engineering programs in Singapore. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to scope and quality, and alignment with organizational standards.

The role requires directing project delivery, risk management, stakeholder communications and team leadership across a matrix organization. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, planning, resource coordination, vendor negotiations and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of IT/Engineering project management experience.
• Experience delivering engineering/IT projects across diverse organizations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document requirements by liaising with users and managers across a distributed organization.
• Establish project plans, risk management plans, milestones and deliverables with business users and architects.
• Develop high cadence within the project team with daily stand-ups and action item tracking.
• Manage project delivery including schedule, budget, manpower and quality within scope.
• Negotiate with vendors and teams to secure resources across project phases.
• Build relationships with clients and technical staff to resolve implementation issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide leadership, feedback and coaching.
