Job summary

NCS in Singapore is seeking a SAP Project Director to oversee multiple IT SAP projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with client requirements and standards. You will drive project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance across complex hardware, software, and data migration initiatives for government and enterprise clients in APAC.

You should bring typically 12 years of SAP project management experience and at least 18 years in IT services, with Singapore Public

Experience in Singapore Public Sector SAP projects.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Review project lifecycle and design schedules, quality plans, budgets, and risk management.
Manage scope definition issues and integration across hardware, software installation, testing, business process review, redesign, migration and data conversion.
Oversee project delivery with regard to schedules, budget, manpower and quality; manage contracts and subcontractors.
Proactively identify opportunities for expansion or improvement of services and liaise with Account Manager(s) for development.
Provide leadership to project teams, give performance feedback and coaching, and drive team performance.
