Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related discipline.
• About 2–3 years of working experience.
• Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data analysis and negotiation techniques.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with accountability.
• Energy background or knowledge of the Singapore power market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Structure short- and long-term thermal and transitional solutions for a diverse customer base and create new business growth.
• Support the development of bids, proposals and presentations including commercial structuring.
• Lead strategic B2B negotiations: conduct face-to-face commercial negotiations and deliver customer-centric sales presentations.
• Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities into new markets, products, or partnerships to drive client acquisition.
• Scale organizational capabilities in alignment with corporate priorities and growth.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
