Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Singapore office to manage strategic Thai and Singapore customers. The RM will leverage knowledge of commodity markets to grow the client base, orchestrate cross-functional resources, and act as the customer advocate to enhance SPE's value and trust.

Responsibilities include owning the SLA, generating leads, retaining clients, and reporting on relationship health.

Qualifications

• Senior RM with knowledge of commodity markets and energy industry
• Experience developing relationships with strategic clients such as large energy conglomerates, financial institutions, ministries and government agencies

Responsibilities

• Main contact for SPE experience; manage client relationships and SLA expectations
• Develop meaningful relationships and leverage cross-functional resources to create value for key accounts
• Identify whitespace and new logo opportunities; work with Senior Commercial Director to map regional growth strategies
• Act as customer advocate; provide actionable feedback to improve SPE products and services
• Collaborate with account managers to retain clients and explore upsell opportunities
• Monitor, report and ensure health of SPE's relationships; update Salesforce and monthly activity reports
