ace oil pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive regional growth in oil, bunker trading and renewable energy ventures.

The role focuses on developing inbound/outbound opportunities and closing new physical trading deals with refiners and distributors. You will travel regionally to engage clients, coordinate with trading, operations and chartering teams, and build long-term partnerships while assessing pricing, volumes and payment terms.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of commercial international trade experience in oil & gas or industrial distribution.
• Technical skills: Strong understanding of petroleum, petrochemical, and renewable/alternative fuels and translating product characteristics into commercial opportunities.
• Core skills: Track record in P&L ownership, contract negotiation, supplier sourcing, and risk management.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Language: Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is advantageous for liaising with Indonesian partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities within the regional energy market (petroleum, clean energy, petrochemical).
• Conduct regional client visits to identify, qualify, and close new physical trading and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with regional customers, refiners, distributors, and industrial end-users.
• Coordinate with trading, operations and chartering teams to manage cargo scheduling, shipping docs, and contract execution.
• Evaluate pricing, deal volumes, and payment terms; support counterparty credit and risk checks.
• Monitor international market trends, identify new commercial opportunities, and develop long-term strategies to maximize sales growth.
