• Represent Singapore at ASEAN and other multilateral forums.
• Build high-impact strategic dialogues with international counterparts and organisations such as IEA and IRENA.
• Drive regional interconnectivity initiatives (LTMS-PIP, ASEAN Power Grid, ASEAN REC Framework).
