Job summary

PARTIOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced End User Support Engineer to own the daily tech experience of our employees. The role covers a macOS fleet managed through Jamf, Google Workspace administration, and essential workplace infrastructure like meeting rooms, printers, and Wi‑Fi.

You will troubleshoot problems from first principles, automate repetitive tasks with scripts, and maintain accurate IT asset records. 5–10 years in end‑user IT and independent problem solving are a fit.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in end-user support and workplace IT.
• Deep, hands-on macOS expertise, troubleshooting OS level issues.
• Demonstrated production experience with Jamf Pro for policy delivery and asset management.
• Strong administration experience with Google Workspace in an enterprise environment.
• Practical working knowledge of network printers, enterprise Wi-Fi, and videoconferencing hardware.
• Scripting ability for automation (shell/zsh, Python) and Jamf policy work.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work independently and own problems from report to resolution with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end Mac end-user support across the full device lifecycle.
• Administer Jamf Pro build, policies, AD E/D:DEP and self-service workflows.
• Own zero-touch provisioning via ADE/Apple Business Manager.
• Manage OS and third-party patching, FileVault, and compliance baselines.
• Write and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain IT asset records in Jamf and the asset register, including RMAs.
