Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a Workspace Technology Engineer to support end-user workspace technologies across the organisation. You will maintain and enhance endpoint management using JAMF and SCCM, while contributing to day-to-day operations and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include provisioning and managing end-user devices, software packaging and patch management, and supporting Microsoft 365 services. Experience with VDI/AVD and ITIL-based processes is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on endpoint management experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting for automation and tooling.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and incident management.
• 3–5 years of Workspace or End-User Computing experience in large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of end-user devices: provisioning, patching, upgrades, decommissioning.
• Administer and maintain endpoint management platforms (JAMF, SCCM).
• Perform software packaging, deployment, and patch management across enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint/device issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Support virtual desktops (AVD) and VDI environments.
