Qualifications

• Solid fundamentals in OSI, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, and HTTP.

Responsibilities

• Embed and integrate as a trusted member of the customer's technical team.
• Design, configure, and optimize Cloudflare solutions within the customer environment.
• Provide proactive architectural guidance and roadmap alignment.
• Lead technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Advocate for the customer and coordinate with sales, engineering, and product teams.
