Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support customers during product development and guide qualification processes. You will gather detailed technical requirements and coordinate with HQ teams to ensure on-time progress across projects.

The role involves regular customer visits, presenting tech and roadmaps, and collecting feedback to drive design improvements and opportunities in the notebook display sector.

Formación

• BSc in Electrical/Electronics engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant electronics industry experience.
• Hands-on field experience in notebook display industry recommended.
• Experience as a Field Application Engineer is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver front-line technical support to customers during product development to resolve issues.
• Gather and document technical requirements from customers to guide development.
• Communicate issues clearly to HQ Application team for resolution.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships.
• Assist customers through product qualification to MP.
• Present pre-sales technical information on strategies and roadmaps to customers.
• Collect and analyse feedback to inform design and opportunities.
• Demonstrate and explain new products to support adoption.
• Perform tests and evaluations for display product qualification.
