Qualifications

• Requires B.S. in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in electronics industry.
• Experience as a Field Application Engineer in notebook display.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of ASEAN and India display ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front-line technical support to customers during product development to resolve issues and facilitate progress
• Gather and document detailed technical requirements and specifications from customers to guide product development
• Communicate technical issues clearly and provide detailed explanations to the HQ Application team for resolution
• Conduct regular customer visits to build and strengthen long-term relationships and trust
• Assist customers throughout product qualification phases to ensure adherence to development schedules until MP
• Present pre-sales technical information on product strategies, roadmaps, features, industry trends, and competitive positioning to customers
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform Marketing on design requirements, product improvements, and new product opportunities
• Demonstrate and explain new products to customers to support adoption and understanding
• Perform tests and evaluations for display product qualification to verify product performance and compliance
