Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant electronics industry experience.
• Hands-on field experience in multi-disciplinary system design.
• Experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) in notebook displays.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of ASEAN and India display ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front-line technical support to customers during product development to resolve issues and facilitate progress.
• Gather and document detailed technical requirements and specifications from customers to guide product development.
• Communicate technical issues clearly and provide detailed explanations to the HQ Application team for resolution.
• Conduct regular customer visits to build and strengthen long-term relationships and trust.
• Assist customers throughout product qualification phases to ensure adherence to development schedules until MP.
• Present pre-sales technical information on product strategies, roadmaps, features, industry trends, and competitive positioning to customers.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform Marketing on design requirements, product improvements, and new product opportunities.
• Demonstrate and explain new products to customers to support adoption and understanding.
• Perform tests and evaluations for display product qualification to verify product performance and compliance.
