Job summary

Benjamin Barker Aust Pte Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Ecommerce Senior Executive to drive day-to-day operations, merchandising and digital optimisations for a premium online brand experience. You will own product launches, content accuracy, pricing, and campaign execution across desktop and mobile.

The role requires hands-on Shopify management, a keen eye for usability and a data-driven approach to improve Revenue and Conversion Rate.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Diploma in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Business or IT.
2–6 years of ecommerce experience in fashion/retail/lifestyle.
Hands-on Shopify or similar platform experience.
Experience with ecommerce merchandising, launches and promotions.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Shopify Analytics.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify ecommerce platform and ensure content accuracy.
Execute ecommerce trading calendar including product launches and promotions.
Maintain product information, pricing, collections, and assets.
Configure and manage discount codes, bundles, and gift-with-purchase campaigns.
Monitor performance and optimise conversions through data-driven improvements.
Coordinate product readiness, photography and content pipelines for timely launches.
