Benjamin Barker Aust Pte Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Ecommerce Assistant Manager/Manager to lead our online growth. You will own ecommerce trading, digital merchandising, customer experience, inventory performance and commercial planning to drive online revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be data‑led, hands‑on and capable of making decisions across product, promotions, website experience and trading performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Business, IT or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of ecommerce experience in fashion, lifestyle, premium retail or D2C contexts.
• Proven experience growing and managing an ecommerce business with accountable commercial performance.
• Data‑driven, hands‑on, and able to translate metrics into business actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ecommerce trading strategy and promotions to hit revenue, margin and profitability targets.
• Own day‑to‑day ecommerce performance including online sales, conversion rate, AOV, units per transaction and customer experience.
• Identify growth opportunities via pricing, promotions, bundles, cross‑selling and campaign analysis.
• Lead performance reviews and translate insights into practical actions.
• Plan and manage digital merchandising across site pages aligned with calendars and campaigns.
• Monitor inventory health and sell‑through, advising on actions to optimize demand.
• Drive platform optimization, analytics, and experimentation including A/B testing.
• Translate objectives into clear business requirements and user stories.
