Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading E&I teams in GMP-pharma environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, control panels, motors and drives.
• Familiarity with PTW/LOTO, GMP, and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate E&I technicians, allocate daily work and provide guidance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Inspect and calibrate field instruments (pressure, temp, flow, level).
• Support utilities, HVAC, facilities, and production equipment maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns and coordinate repairs to minimise downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs, ensure cleanroom integrity.
• Update maintenance records in SAP PM and manage work orders.
• Support CAPA, change control, and qualification activities as needed.
• Ensure tool availability and supervise shift handovers.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety programs.
