MITSUI CHEMICALS ASIA PACIFIC, LTD. is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineering Lead for our Singapore plant.

You will manage the E&I team, oversee engineers and contractors, and ensure maintenance activities comply with local regulations and HSE requirements. Responsibilities include planning maintenance, leading SDM activities, budgeting, and driving reliability improvements across E&I equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Master or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in chemicals or petrochemicals environment would be advantageous.
• Knowledge in PLC or DCS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Plan, schedule and manage maintenance works to ensure safe plant operations.
• Lead E&I Engineers and site E&I contractors for safe, timely SDM works.
• Prepare schedules for major activities such as SDM and budget.
• Review E&I equipment problems, analyze findings and recommend countermeasures.
• Develop, review and implement E&I procedures and processes.
• Update maintenance records and reports per site requirements.
• Attend meetings, audits and activities related to E&I work.
