Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Electrical Engineering professional to lead plant instrument maintenance, ensuring GMP/EHS compliance and equipment reliability. You will manage budgets, project schedules, and continuous improvements for safety and production efficiency.

The role requires 8–10 years in GMP manufacturing with HV/LV distribution and a minimum of 3–5 years in supervisory duties, plus Mandarin proficiency to coordinate with our China counterpart.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• 8–10 years in HV/LV distribution systems.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience leading technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant instrument systems to ensure reliability, safety, and quality per GMP/EHS requirements.
• Manage maintenance budgets, schedules, and new investment/renovation projects.
• Investigate deviations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and optimize operations.
