Job summary
SRI KRISHNA FOODS is seeking a Senior E-commerce Manager – Technology & Digital Commerce to lead and scale our end-to-end digital commerce ecosystem from Singapore. You will own platform architecture, integrations with ERP/CRM/OMS/WMS, and optimize customer experience to drive revenue and profitability.
You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee migrations, implement SEO, analytics, and marketing tech, and work with partners to deliver high-performance web experiences across Shopify,
Qualifications
- 10+ years in e-commerce/digital commerce/tech management
- Proven experience with Shopify, Magento or comparable platforms
- Strong API and integration experience
- Experience with ERP/OMS/WMS and CRM integrations
- Experience leading platform migrations and tech implementations
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end e-commerce platform and architecture
- Manage platform migrations, data migrations and SEO
- Oversee integrations between platforms and ERP/CRM/OMS/WMS
- Design order management, inventory, and fulfilment workflows
- Lead digital analytics, tracking, and performance marketing
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Drive revenue, profitability and operational efficiency
- Define technical specs and manage UAT/production deployments
- Ensure security, data integrity and system monitoring
- Oversee mobile commerce initiatives and technology projects
