You will analyze performance data, drive CRM programs, and adapt global merchandising plans to local preferences, delivering commercial impact across online and offline touchpoints.

• Lead the e-merchandising strategy across South Asia, focusing on Singapore and Thailand.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Retail and Supply Chain to optimise assortment and omnichannel fulfilment.
• Drive client recruitment, engagement and retention through targeted CRM initiatives.
• Support digital launches and market expansion with consistent online/offline client experience.
• Monitor eCommerce performance and translate data into actionable merchandising recommendations.
• Leverage customer insights, A/B testing to improve product discovery and site navigation.
• Adapt global strategies to local preferences while maintaining brand consistency.

• Lead the e-merchandising strategy across South Asia, with a key focus on Singapore and Thailand, ensuring product assortment, site content, launches and digital visual merchandising are commercially relevant and aligned with brand guidelines
• Partner with Merchandising, Retail and Supply Chain teams to optimise product assortment, inventory allocation and omnichannel fulfilment, including longtail fulfilment and ship-from-store capabilities
• Drive client recruitment, engagement and retention through targeted CRM initiatives, personalized client treatments and market-specific activation plans
• Support digital launches, animations and market expansion, ensuring seamless execution and a consistent client experience across online and offline touchpoints
• Monitor and analyse eCommerce performance, translating data and insights into actionable commercial and merchandising recommendations
• Leverage customer insights, A/B testing and performance data to continuously improve product discovery, site navigation, category performance and the overall online shopping experience
• Adapt global merchandising and CRM strategies to local consumer preferences and market needs across South Asia while maintaining brand consistency across all channels
