Job summary

CHRISTIAN DIOR SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a senior e-merchandising leader to drive strategy across South Asia, with a focus on Singapore and Thailand. You will manage product assortment, site content, launches and digital visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with Merchandising, Retail and Supply Chain to optimise inventory allocation and omnichannel fulfilment, including ship-from-store, and use data to improve product discovery and site navigation for a superior

Responsibilities

• Lead the e-merchandising strategy across South Asia, with a key focus on Singapore and Thailand, ensuring product assortment, site content, launches and digital visual merchandising are commercially relevant and aligned with brand guidelines
• Partner with Merchandising, Retail and Supply Chain teams to optimise product assortment, inventory allocation and omnichannel fulfilment, including longtail fulfilment and ship-from-store capabilities
• Drive client recruitment, engagement and retention through targeted CRM initiatives, personalized client treatments and market-specific activation plans
• Support digital launches, animations and market expansion, ensuring seamless execution and a consistent client experience across online and offline touchpoints
• Monitor and analyse eCommerce performance, translating data and insights into actionable commercial and merchandising recommendations
• Leverage customer insights, A/B testing and performance data to continuously improve product discovery, site navigation, category performance and the overall online shopping experience
• Adapt global merchandising and CRM strategies to local consumer preferences and market needs across South Asia while maintaining brand consistency across all channels
