Job summary

JR Life Sciences Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Key Account Manager to build and manage strategic relationships with major platforms in Singapore. You will plan commercial initiatives, optimize assortments, and drive campaigns to meet sales targets while maintaining margins.

You will analyze performance metrics, forecast demand, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field OR minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce or Key Account Management in Singapore eCommerce markets
• Prior experience in FMCG, beauty, wellness, or health supplement industries is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to grow key accounts
• Proficient in marketplace tools and data analytics platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Highly adaptable, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in mentoring or supervising junior executives and/or Key Account Managers (KAMs) will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with major eCommerce platforms
• Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Plan and manage online campaigns (e.g., Mega Sales, GSS, 9.9, 11.11, Payday campaigns)
• Optimize product assortment strategy based on category performance and market trends
• Drive competitive pricing and promotional strategies while maintaining margin objectives
• Ensure high-quality product listings, including content accuracy and visual standards
• Lead sales forecasting and inventory planning
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational execution
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, ranking, and sales performance on a weekly basis
• Conduct category analysis, gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Prepare regular business reports and actionable insights for management review
