Zusammenfassung

Elush (T3) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage activities across Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and other platforms. You will oversee product uploads, content updates and delisting, while coordinating with brands on product knowledge and changes.

You will monitor performance, prepare KPI reports, and collaborate with internal teams to drive promotional activities that increase revenue.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing ecommerce platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Goal-oriented, able to perform under pressure, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced industry with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

E-Commerce

• Responsible for managing all e-commerce business activities and operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc), including e-merchandising and site layout for the business.
• Manage company’s product portfolio on marketplaces where applicable including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns, defects management, replenishments, and content updates.
• Liaise with brands on product knowledge and stay up to date on changes.
• Monitor cross-platform performance to achieve KPI and prepare performance reports.
• Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to strategise and drive promotional mechanics and marketing materials that results in the increase in revenue through our e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with internal departments including merchandising and packing to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective order fulfillment.
• Plan and execute Ecommerce activities across all sites.
• Responsible for all applicable order transfers, cancellations and returns management in Ecommerce system.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customers’ orders across eCommerce platforms & marketplaces.
• Response to customer inquiries.
• Ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.

Inventory Management

• Plan and forecast online store inventory requirements and price settings ahead of sale campaigns.
• Monitor & manage inventory accuracy across e-commerce and ERP systems to ensure healthy stock levels to meet sales forecasts.

Sales Management

• Provide monthly reporting on all e-commerce related activities; sales, average order value, online vs. retail sales ratio, conversion rate, cost-to-income ratio, web sessions etc.
• Report and analyse Ecommerce KPIs (Sales, conversion rate, traffic etc) and activities.
