Qualifications
- Experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales or Digital Marketing.
- Familiar with major e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Able to work independently and manage online operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily ecommerce operations on online stores.
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions.
- Handle Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online platforms.
- Plan and execute online marketing and social media campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and improve online sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and retail teams.
- Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies.
- Perform other related ad-hoc duties.
