Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 consultant to design and implement CRM solutions across Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service.

You will lead design, estimation, and planning efforts, while configuring and extending Dynamics 365 to meet business needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, documenting specifications, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service.
• Experience in CRM solution design, configuration, customisation, and implementation.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 workflows, business process automation, security roles, and reporting.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service solutions that align with business objectives.
• Lead solution design, effort estimation, and implementation planning for CRM transformation projects.
• Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications in accordance with project requirements and best practices.
• Prepare solution documentation, functional specifications, implementation plans, and technical proposals.
• Support business development activities by contributing to solution proposals, presentations, and project estimations.
• Deliver project milestones within agreed scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security policies, and project delivery methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve solution delivery processes, methodologies, templates, and reusable assets.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants through knowledge sharing and technical reviews.
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 product enhancements, industry trends, and best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
